Dedicate some time to yourself and enjoy a relaxing Massage to help de-stress your body and mind.

I have had the best training for Complimentary Therapies and take each treatment seriously so that the client reaps the full benefits.

Swedish Massage:

The Swedish massage techniques vary from light to vigorous. Swedish massage uses five styles of strokes. The five basic strokes are effleurage (sliding or gliding), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (cross fibre or with the fibres) and vibration/shaking.

Aromatherapy Massage:

Aromatherapy is massage therapy but with highly concentrated plant oils, called essential oils, added to the massage oil or lotion. The nostrils are attached to a part of the brain called the limbic system. The limbic system controls emotions and influences the nervous system and hormones

Bamboo Massage:

Bamboo massage is an innovative way to provide Swedish or deep tissue massage using bamboo to roll and knead the tissue to create an extreme sensation of relaxation and well-being.

Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears.

Reflexologists believe that these areas and reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and that pressing them has a beneficial effect on the organs and person's general health.
